These terms apply when you book an appointment through a Clickaio-powered booking page. They are linked on the booking form, where you agree to them by ticking the required box before your booking is taken; that agreement is recorded with its date and the version of the terms you were shown. Continued use of the service is not treated as agreement.
Clickaio operates the online booking system on behalf of the salon you are booking with. Your appointment is with the salon; the salon sets its own services, prices, availability, and policies for deposits, rescheduling, and cancellation, which are shown during booking.
Provide accurate contact information, arrive on time for booked appointments, and use the reschedule or cancel options (or call the salon) if your plans change. Repeated no-shows may limit your ability to book online with a salon.
With your consent, the salon sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional offers by SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Some salons require a deposit to hold an appointment. Deposit, refund, and cancellation terms are the salon's own and are presented before you confirm.
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always at this address. Where anything requires your agreement or consent, we ask for it explicitly when you book — continued use is not treated as acceptance.
